Sara Barker
Senior Product Manager · Melbourne, VIC
Hi, there! I'm a product leader who is committed to turning ambiguity into clarity, and aligning teams around a shared vision. I am passionate about building products customers simply can't imagine their lives without.
The best products make a strong first impression, then earn a lasting place in customers' lives. I've built to that standard at DocuSign, Expedia, and Marmalade, consistently balancing customer needs, business goals, and time to delivery.
Today, I lead Marmalade's two core products, Cash-in and Rewards. The Cash-in product allows B2B SMBs to gain early access to unpaid invoices, while Rewards, in partnership with Qantas and Virgin, enables SMBs to earn points when they pay. After contributing to Marmalade reaching break-even in 2025, I'm now focused on shaping the business's next stage of growth.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me somewhere on Melbourne's northside, exploring cafés, wine bars, local gigs, or getting overly competitive at trivia.
